Welcome! My name is Paul Quilliam and I formed Quilliam Vehicle Maintenance in 2014 in order to provide professional vehicle maintenance services to forces/ex-forces personnel and their families in the local area.

 

Originally a part-time mobile service in addition to my full-time role as a Royal Air Force Vehicle Technician, I transitioned to a garage based operation in 2017 in order to offer additional services to our customers.

In 2019, my wife Amelia joined the business and her role is to manage general administrative tasks. Amelia brings over 20 years of customer service experience from both the retail and hospitality sector, mainly Specsavers Optical Group.

Having a military background and ethos means we understand the importance of forces/ex-forces personnel and their families' requirements. Our customer-base is predominantly made up of forces personnel however, we provide both military and civilian customers with the same high levels of service they expect and deserve.

We are IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry), and SMTA (Scottish Motor Trade Association) accredited demonstrating our commitment to following industry best practices and continuous professional development. We are also IMI qualified to work on hybrid and electric vehicles in order to work safely with this technology.

We will always strive to complete all work to the highest standard whilst offering guidance and impartial advice where required.
